Porsche Rennsport Reunion VI
Porsche Rennsport Reunion VI is the world's largest meeting of classic Porsche racing cars and their drivers. Porsche has been organizing the Rennsport Reunion since 2001 to honor its own motorsport tradition. The event was held at Laguna Seca in Monterey, California in September 2018 with 81,550 attendees. As the Assistant Technical Director of the show, responsibilities included site surveying to plot the raceway and paddock for event experiences, preliminary 3d renders and draftings of the various stage setups over 3 days of programming, and development of bidding packages for vendor RFPs. Continued support was given throughout the design process in maintaining our estimates, budgets, and timelines. The design materials were updated through the design phase into the fabrication and rental phases, ending with 7 days onsite overseeing the load in, the event days, and the load out of this amazing event.
